Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is published by Authyra Technologies LLP (operating sendmsg.io), accessible at www.authyra.com. All payments on the sendmsg.io platform are processed securely via Razorpay.

By subscribing to or purchasing any services on sendmsg.io, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1Subscription Plans

Monthly Plans

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
• Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for remaining days in the billing cycle.

Annual Plans

• A pro-rated refund is available if you cancel within the first 30 days of purchase.
• After 30 days, no refunds will be issued; however, your service will continue until the end of the annual period.

Downgrade

• Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• You will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the current billing period.

2Email & SMS Credits

• Unused email or SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits expire at the end of your active subscription period and do not carry over.
• Overage charges are non-refundable as they represent services already consumed.

3Free Tier

• The free tier incurs no charges, and therefore no refunds are applicable.
• Authyra Technologies LLP reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free tier offerings at any time without prior notice.

4Refund Eligibility

Refunds or account credits may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Service outage exceeding 24 hours in a single billing period — a pro-rated credit will be applied to your account.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges — a full refund will be issued for the duplicate or incorrect amount.
• Billing errors by the platform — a full refund will be processed for any amount incorrectly charged by sendmsg.io.
• Account suspension due to platform error — a pro-rated credit will be applied for the duration of the downtime.

5Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are not eligible for refunds:

• Usage-based charges for emails sent or SMS messages delivered.
• Domain verification or setup fees, if applicable.
• Add-on services once they have been activated.
• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

6Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send your refund request to [email protected] within 15 days of the charge date.
• Include your account email address, the transaction ID, and a brief description of the reason for your request.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.
• Please note that Razorpay processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

7Cancellation

You may cancel your sendmsg.io subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

• Navigate to Settings > Subscription in the sendmsg.io console and follow the cancellation steps.
• Or send a cancellation request via email to [email protected].

Upon cancellation:

• Your account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
• Contact lists, templates, and other exportable data can be downloaded before cancellation takes effect.
• We strongly recommend exporting any data you wish to keep prior to cancelling your account.

8Disputes

If you have a billing dispute or disagreement regarding a charge, please contact us at [email protected] first. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly.

If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be governed by the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
