Contacts are the unique recipients in your account used for promotional campaigns. Emails are the messages you send. All plans have unlimited promotional emails, so you can send as many campaigns as you need without per-email costs. Transactional sends via API (OTPs, receipts, notifications) do not count against your contact limit — you can send transactional emails to any recipient regardless of your contact quota.
Free and Starter plans include API token authentication. Pro adds Web Application Firewall (WAF) protection. Enterprise and Agency plans include WAF plus IP allowlisting and custom security rules.
