Our Platform

Reputation Protection Built Into Every Layer

Most ESPs show you a dashboard when things go wrong. sendmsg.io steps in and fixes the problem before you wake up.

Reputation Shield

5-level protection system that watches ISP signals and slows sending before reputation damage happens.

Domain Health Score

Live 0-100 scoring for every sending domain. You see exactly what ISPs see, not a black box.

Activity-Level Isolation

One bad campaign never damages your entire domain. Each activity is monitored and throttled independently.

Developer-First API

Clean REST API and SDKs for Node.js, Python, PHP, and Go. SMTP relay for drop-in integration.

Campaign Autopilot

Sequential journeys, intelligent template rotation, and reputation-aware scheduling. Set the rules, then step away.

Smart Warmup

New domains start with conservative volume that grows as ISPs build trust in your sending.

Start Sending With Reputation Protection

Dedicated sending infrastructure with live domain health scoring and built-in freeze protection.

Frequently asked questions

The questions teams ask most when evaluating sendmsg.io against SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, and Postmark.

What is sendmsg.io?

+

sendmsg.io is a developer-first email infrastructure platform for sending transactional and promotional email at scale. It combines a REST API and SDKs with built-in reputation management β€” domain health scoring, adaptive rate limiting based on live ISP feedback, and graduated freeze states β€” so deliverability is handled automatically instead of being your engineering team’s side project.

How is sendmsg.io different from SendGrid, Amazon SES, or Mailgun?

+

SendGrid, Amazon SES, and Mailgun are sending engines that monitor reputation. sendmsg.io actively manages it. Our Anomaly Cortex watches bounce, block, and complaint signals in real time and adjusts sending speed automatically β€” so a marketing incident never throttles your transactional emails. Amazon SES is cheaper per email if you have the engineering capacity to build everything around it; SendGrid is more complete out of the box. sendmsg.io sits between them with a managed platform plus active reputation protection.

Can sendmsg.io send transactional emails like OTPs and password resets?

+

Yes. Transactional emails (OTPs, password resets, billing alerts, account confirmations) route through a dedicated priority queue that bypasses business-hours scheduling and reputation throttling. Even when promotional sending is paused or slowed for protection, transactional emails continue to be delivered with sub-second latency.

What is the Anomaly Cortex?

+

The Anomaly Cortex is sendmsg.io’s real-time reputation management layer. It monitors sending data at multiple aggregation levels (sender, domain, IP, campaign) and detects abnormal patterns β€” bounce spikes, ISP block events, complaint surges, deferral patterns β€” within 30–60 seconds. When an anomaly crosses threshold, it automatically slows or pauses sending on the affected slice and gradually recovers once signals normalize. This prevents a single bad campaign from poisoning your domain reputation.

How does built-in reputation management work?

+

sendmsg.io tracks reputation continuously at the campaign, domain, IP, and account levels. Each domain gets a 0–100 Domain Health Score updated in real time. Reputation Shield uses these signals to adapt sending speed, daily volume caps, and warmup pace automatically. When a problem is detected, the system uses graduated protective responses β€” warn, throttle, pause, freeze, recover β€” instead of letting one bad sending session damage every future campaign.

How quickly can I integrate sendmsg.io?

+

Most integrations take under an hour. We provide REST API endpoints, official SDKs for Node.js, Python, PHP, and Go, plus a drop-in SMTP relay option if you’d rather not change your existing email code. DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is guided through the dashboard and takes 10–15 minutes per domain.

Does sendmsg.io support SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication?

+

Yes. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are required for all sending domains and configured automatically through the onboarding wizard. The dashboard verifies DNS records and surfaces any misconfigurations before you start sending. All outbound mail is signed with DKIM by default.

What programming languages and frameworks are supported?

+

Official SDKs for Node.js, Python, PHP, and Go. The REST API is plain HTTP/JSON so any language with an HTTP client can integrate in minutes. Webhook events for delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints are streamed as HTTP POSTs. For teams that prefer not to change their existing email code, an SMTP relay option is available with the same reputation protection.

How does sendmsg.io handle bounces and complaints?

+

Bounces and complaints are detected in real time from ISP feedback. Hard-bounced addresses are automatically suppressed across all future sends. Complaint signals feed into the Anomaly Cortex which adjusts sending behavior for the affected domain or campaign. Detailed event data is streamed via webhooks and surfaced in the live analytics dashboard for inspection.

Is sendmsg.io GDPR compliant?

+

Yes. sendmsg.io supports the technical controls required for GDPR compliance: suppression lists with unsubscribe handling, opt-in tracking, contact data export and deletion APIs, and EU data-residency options. Operated by Authyra Technologies LLP under a published privacy policy and DPA available on request.
